was smoking hash through a bowl, 196 00:10:34.000 --> 00:10:38.000 and the mafia had put horse strychnine into the hash, 197 00:10:38.000 --> 00:10:40.000 because it was not good hash, 198 00:10:40.000 --> 00:10:42.000 and I was born with a heart murmur. 199 00:10:42.000 --> 00:10:44.000 And when that strychnine went into my bloodstream, 200 00:10:44.000 --> 00:10:47.000 my heart went crazy, and I fell off the seat, 201 00:10:47.000 --> 00:10:50.000 and I went face down, and I vomited. 202 00:10:50.000 --> 00:10:53.000 And I was paralysed, my body went paralysed, 203 00:10:53.000 --> 00:10:55.000 and I couldn't move my face in, and I might vomit. 204 00:10:55.000 --> 00:10:57.000 And as I'm lying face down and I vomit, 205 00:10:57.000 --> 00:11:00.000 I felt somebody step next to me, 206 00:11:00.000 --> 00:11:02.000 I felt some feet next to my head, 207 00:11:02.000 --> 00:11:04.000 and in my mind I'm wishing them, I'm willing them, 208 00:11:04.000 --> 00:11:08.000 please turn me over, I can't breathe, I can't breathe. 209 00:11:08.000 --> 00:11:12.000 As I was lying in my vomit, wishing whoever was next to me, 210 00:11:12.000 --> 00:11:15.000 turn me over, whoever it was laughed at me, 211 00:11:15.000 --> 00:11:17.000 and they said, I've got you now. 212 00:11:17.000 --> 00:11:19.000 And it was the most evil laugh I've ever heard. 213 00:11:19.000 --> 00:11:21.000 It said, I've got you now. 214 00:11:21.000 --> 00:11:24.000 And I've never, I didn't believe in God or the devil, 215 00:11:24.000 --> 00:11:26.000 but it felt like the devil was next to me. 216 00:11:26.000 --> 00:11:28.000 And so I'm face down in my own vomit, 217 00:11:28.000 --> 00:11:31.000 and I'm vomiting, and I can't breathe, I'm paralysed. 218 00:11:31.000 --> 00:11:35.000 I had my face to the side, and I was breathing out of one nostril. 219 00:11:35.000 --> 00:11:37.000 And as I was vomiting, the vomit was rising, 220 00:11:37.000 --> 00:11:39.000 and I knew I was going He said to me, in your darkest moment, Norm, 224 00:11:46.000 --> 00:11:48.000 you need to call on the name of Jesus. 225 00:11:48.000 --> 00:11:50.000 Now, I'd never prayed in my life, 226 00:11:50.000 --> 00:11:53.000 but those words came into my mind, call on the name of Jesus. 227 00:11:53.000 --> 00:11:54.000 And I didn't know how to pray. 228 00:11:54.000 --> 00:11:56.000 I'd never prayed in my life, as I said. 229 00:11:56.000 --> 00:11:58.000 So I just, I could only think. 230 00:11:58.000 --> 00:12:00.000 So I just sent a thought up. 231 00:12:00.000 --> 00:12:02.000 I just said, thought, Jesus, help me. 232 00:12:02.000 --> 00:12:05.000 And the moment I thought, Jesus, help me, 233 00:12:05.000 --> 00:12:07.000 my head stopped spinning. 234 00:12:07.000 --> 00:12:09.000 I stopped, literally stopped vomiting. 235 00:12:09.000 --> 00:12:11.000 And a peace came on me. 236 00:12:11.000 --> 00:12:14.000 And about an hour or so later, it must have been about an hour, 237 00:12:40.000 --> 00:12:44.000 My spiritual father, he was full of the Holy Spirit, 250 00:12:44.000 --> 00:12:46.000 and he taught me. 251 00:12:46.000 --> 00:12:48.000 And he said, son, if you don't see signs, wonders, 252 00:12:48.000 --> 00:12:51.000 and miracles on a daily basis, it's not true Christianity, 253 00:12:51.000 --> 00:12:54.000 because Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and
